Amazing & delicious! Bean dip was so good, not sure how it’s done! Had chicken and pork tamales, super yum. Then we had skirt steak, Cornish hen, masa & cactus special, diablo shrimp - all were really great, amazing flavors. Gave ambiance 4 - nothing wrong, just a comfortable little place, but don’t expect fancy (I prefer not fancy). Service was excellent- attentive but not overwhelming. Would absolutely recommend.

North Pond is an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped in and gave our name at the host stand, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, with the beauty of Lincoln Park providing a stunning backdrop. Our server was knowledgeable and engaging, taking the time to walk us through the menu and wine pairings with care and enthusiasm. The tasting menu was nothing short of spectacular—each dish showcased the chef’s creativity and meticulous attention to detail. The flavors were inventive and harmonious, and the wine pairings elevated every course beautifully. My wife and I always cherish our time at North Pond. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience that lingers with you long after the evening ends. We’ve passed through Eden on multiple occasions, noticed it when taking my Lab to MedVet & Eye Care for Animals. Staffers remembered our Anniversary (week) celebration (I forgot the note on the reservation 😛). We didn’t anticipate the complimentary beverage. Most establishments don’t offer anything these days, we really appreciated the gesture. Drinks are strong, I went w/ Manhattan, wifey w/ Hot Toddy. Food was great. I opted for Burger w/ Fries, wifey ate Duck Banh Mi w/ Eden Salad. I’m not a big fan of Kale but the side Salad was amazing!!

First time here. Tremendous blend of tastes from start to finish ! We tried 3 unique cocktails and were not disappointed. The Fig Carré is my favorite. For starters the Potted Carrots and Shaved Butternut First timers & Squash were delicious! Of the pastas our favorite ended up being Stuffed Farfalle with Pappardelle coming in 2nd. The rainbow trout was excellent & light. We so enjoyed every taste! The butter cake was THE BOMB. Service was attentive and top notch . Was exceptional culinary experience.
