Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Chinatown

Not as good as last time, service could be better, the seat was super small, had to squeeze ourselves in……pizza and tiramisu were still the best, risotto and fish could be improved

One of my favorite restaurants. I have been coming here for years and it has always been delicious and an enjoyable time. Their summer patio set up is really pretty. It gives the vibe of a different ambiance that you could forget you're on West Hastings between towers. I hope they continue with it permanently.

We were celebrating the end of my wife's cancer treatments and were treated very kindly and the note I had left when I reserved was acknowledged and appreciated. Food was excellent and service great too. Was a special evening and a great place to celebrate something special.

Our server Lenny was so friendly and helpful. Both our server and food runner took time to explain every part of the menu, and the aspects to each dish we ordered. My partner and I are certain we’ve had some of the best cocktails and the best sushi at Miku. Quality is their specialty and their service is always impeccable. Especially on a busy night like Valentine’s Day, everything ran smoothly for us and we were provided with a booth for the two of us which made dinner extra special! Thank you to the manager as well for responding quickly via email when I had questions about the set menu! Highly recommend their Aburi set, as it gives you a chance to try a variety of items, and for drinks the bergamot sour is a go to for a sweet yet balanced cocktail!
