From the owners of Il Terrazzo Carmine, one of Seattle"s most iconic and beloved establishments, comes Carmine's Bellevue. Carmine's Bellevue brings to the east side the same level of quality in service, food, and ambiance that has made its sister restaurant a true institution in Downtown Seattle. Located at 88 102nd Avenue in Bellevue's historic Old Bellevue neighborhood, Carmines is nestled against Bellevue Park. With a rustic, timeless interior, Carmine's provides patrons an escape from the increasingly urbanized way of life. Upscale and elegant, Carmine's feels anything but stiff and pretentious. Good for business meetings, special occasions, or simply dining with loved ones, Carmine's Bellevue is a true destination on the east side.

We opened The 3rd BluWater Bistro location in the Leschi neighborhood on March 13, 2004. Mick McHugh handed the reigns over to us after 22 successful years of running the Leschi Lake Café. With a slight remodel we cozy'd up the place, added some fantastic rollback windows, high back booths, some flat screen TV's, and leather furniture by the fireplace. The menu reflects all the goodness that a cozy bistro should offer, including the ever famous & popular "Lake Side Café" Fish and Chips... gotta keep the neighborhood happy. Stop in for some brunch on the weekends or some late night food.

An understated storefront hides a coveted skyline view—just one of the many ways you could underestimate this longtime cafe on Mount Baker’s main drag. The menu, the sign—even the name—are a bit of a throwback, but current owners Guy Devillier and David Hoefer took over in 2018 and keep things attuned to today. Carbonara packs more nuance than you might expect, the slightly crackly pizza’s better than it has to be, and the bar pours lambrusco and negroni. No wonder tables are loaded with a diversity of diners.

This place is amazing, from the ambience to the delicious food and the wonderful staff. The menu is very versatile. There are so many choices. Everything was incredible! If you love meatballs try them for an appetizer. They are some of the best we have ever had. One of the best experiences dining at a restaurant. So beautifully decorated for the holidays Thank you Carmine’s for such a wonderful evening.

Fantastic dinner. Food, cleanliness and service are elevated with the new ownership. Always a fun experience, but we were pleasantly surprised with the flavors and quality of food. Be cautious when booking with Open table. The new ownership has created a dinning room that is not prepared at the table. You must book a teppanyaki specific table. Thankfully the patient hostess was able to wiggle us in. We were celebrating a birthday and were looking for the full experience. She saved the day!

Excellent food, excellent service, varied choices on the menu from sushi to fish entrees to many other types of entrees. John Howie has got a winner here, and its location away from Bellevue Square means they have to meet the demands of those who aren’t in town to just shop. And, they do that with ease. Well done, guys!
