    Hugo’s was fantastic. The sweet chili fried calamari is very good and unique. Different from your usual fried calamari but in an amazing way. Crab cake was delicious. I had a 14oz filet medium rare with twice baked potato and creamed spinach. A free birthday cheesecake dessert. Two thumbs up five stars!

    A truly special dining experience, every dish was incredible and the wine pairing suggestion was on point. I appreciated the close attention to detail with my food allergies and was able to get several dishes modified in a way that didn’t appear to compromise on flavor!     What a FABULOUS birthday dinner from the crab and lobster crab cake to the perfectly cooked rib lamb chops. The buttered corn with bacon is a definite must, when choosing a side dish. The complimentary dessert trio was phenomenal!! One of my absolute favorite things about the Capital Grille is, the staff. The staff is very friendly, professional and really attentive. Thank you to our server David for a wonderful evening!!!
