Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino

The dining experience was beyond our expectations m, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in all regards to the Golden Steers’ history and menu. We were greeted and treated like celebrities! The food in a scale of 1-10 was above any rating. One can feel the vibe and history of this excellent part of Las Vegas . We will dine there again.

The Top Of the World at the STRAT was one of the best meals I've had overall. The short ribs were tender, and full of flavored, the shaved Brussels Sprout salad was crisp and fresh with the perfect level of cheese and dressing, the ribeye steak was fantastic, tender, and delicious. I can say it has been the best meal so far I've had in Vegas. The view at sunset is spectacular and worth getting there at 4:00pm in late November to see the sun set over the mountains. The service was perfect.

Lauren was so spectacular. Always asking if needed anything. Everything was perfect. Food was great, as it is always. Then went shopping in the store downstairs. Of course had to buy stuff.

It’s one thing to go into a restaurant, it’s another feeling when the restaurant belongs to Gordon Ramsay. I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious.
