Unfortunately the braised short ribs sold out the night before. So since those were sold out, he requested the ribs. Unfortunately the ribs were not available until 2pm and we were there at 1pm. Broken hearted he ordered the burger. He enjoyed the burger and finished his plate. We were getting ready to leave and bless the chef, they sent him home with a to go box of ribs and coleslaw.
