Best Hot Spot Restaurants in East Norwalk

This place continues to be my favorite place. The food, service, and ambiance is always amazing.

My wife and I had dinner at Rizzuto's late Sunday afternoon and the food and service was very good. The problem was even though the fireplace in the main dining room was blazing and the pizza oven was on full, we were cold. Granted it was a cold afternoon with a temperature in the 20's it was uncomfortable. We asked to be seated closer to the fireplace but were advised that they were unavailable even though there were only 2 other tables occupied in the whole dining room. Some of the waiters were wearing padded vests to keep warm. We had to leave before dessert.

Food was terrific and service was great. There are always friendly vibes that leaves u with a smile on your face and a full belly!

We started with the quinoa fritters, they were amazing. For Entrees we had the short rib with eggs, you can have your eggs any way you like. My wife had hers poached and mine scrambled. It was served with a side of roasted potatoes. The food came out amazing. Followed by dessert, a slice of cheesecake topped off in caramel sauce. Typically I find caramel overpowering sweet but this sauce met the perfect blend between bitterness and sweetness. Very well done

Terrific service and food quality. The lunch menu is great - has plenty of choices that are reasonably priced for the area, compared to similar restaurants. While the atmosphere does not have a modern-feel, it is very cozy and a delicious place for a business or celebration lunch. Will definitely go again in the near-future.
