- DDeliaVIPChicago / Illinois •43 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 20, 2025Overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend the restaurant for its ambiance, excellent service, & innovative presentation of classic dishes such as bouillabaisse which included andouille sausage and an outstanding side of herbed mayonnaise . The octopus appetizer was very generous in portion size & included delicious potatoes & two sauces. We had to lap up every drop of sauce with our bread after finishing the very tender delicious octopus. The side order of potatoes were drizzled with two sauces that were superb . The deserts we loved included the sorbet trio & in particular, the blueberry basil sorbet. My vary favorite dish of the evening was the cheesecake stuffed fried blossom over a blueberry compote. The cocktails are innovative. My only mild disappointment was the coq a vin. The sauce was good but the vegetables were a bit undercooked & the chicken was on the dry side. In summary, a wonderful dining experience that i would most definitely like to repeat.More info4 SaintsPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Palm Springs•4.5
