My recent visit to Benihana was a truly delightful experience, thanks in large part to my exceptional server, Kevin. While my arrival started with a slight hiccup, the rest of the evening was superb. Upon entering, I encountered a minor issue with my reservation and was kept waiting by the front desk staff, despite arriving on time. However, they were very apologetic about the delay, which I appreciated. The moment I was finally able to speak with Kevin, he immediately stepped in and took care of the situation, ensuring I was seated as quickly as possible and minimizing any further inconvenience. I was particularly impressed with Kevin's attentiveness and understanding. Knowing I was in a hurry to get to another engagement, he ensured my food was prepared and delivered with impressive speed, without making me feel rushed or neglected. He checked in on me regularly while eating, always with a genuine smile, and made sure everything was to my liking. Kevin's friendly and professional demeanor made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Speaking of the food, the Wagyu steak I ordered with my birthday coupon was absolutely divine. It was incredibly savory and melt-in-your-mouth delicious – cooked to perfection. The entire meal was a culinary treat, and Kevin's attentive service only enhanced the experience. Overall, my visit to Benihana was fantastic. Kevin's outstanding service, combined with the delicious food, more than made up for the initial reservation issue with the front desk. Their apology and Kevin's subsequent care, particularly his quick service given my time constraints, turned what could have been a slightly frustrating start into a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Benihana, and if you're lucky enough to have Kevin as your server, you're in for a treat!

Food and service outstanding. Calamari appetizer fabulous and more than enough for two people. We shared the sushi grade seared tuna entree and grilled asparagus. Some nice wine complemented our meal, wonderful evening.

We had a triple date to celebrate Valentine's Day! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect!! The team members that greeted us were so friendly & welcoming!! For starters, we shared Oysters Rockefeller, Calamari & Shrimp Cocktail & each of the selections were absolutely delicious!! Our entrees included Filet Mignon, Delmonico Ribeye, Surf & Turf, Coleman Farms Chicken, Grilled Atlantic Salmon & New York Strip. The meals were perfectly prepared & everyone in our party raved about how delicious everything was. For salads, we had a variety including mixed greens, Cesar, beet, & titanic wedge which paired perfectly with our selections. My dry vodka martini with blue cheese stuffed olives was decadent & there were a variety of wine by the glass being thoroughly enjoyed. To finish things off - each couple shared the key lime pie tart, & New York cheesecakes with espresso & Cappuccino. Our waiter, Mitchell was fantastic!! He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable & professional. Blue Pointe is lucky to have him as a member of the team!! We were absolutely thrilled with our entire evening & cannot wait to return!! Always love Hyde Park! Food is excellent- side dishes are wonderful - drinks are perfect and the desserts? Out of this world!

Our server, Ben, was absolutely wonderful! He was polite, kind, and responsive. It was a bit chilly in the restaurant when we got there though. Every staff person we encountered was super-kind. My meal was terrific; for the most part, my mom's meal was great, but she felt a portion of her duck meal could have been cooked longer. Other than that, this was our first time at Fahrenheit and we were very impressed!
