- KKathyRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •2 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoI love Firebirds. I enjoy going there. As usual the people were super friendly. Our server was very very nice. The food was delicious. The ambience was fine. The only problem was they’re short staffed. It was over 20 minutes before anyone even came to our table to offer us a drink. Not the waitress‘s fault, though she was amazing. There was just not enough staff for the amount of people that were there.More infoFirebirds Wood Fired Grill - DurhamPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Durham•4.3
- OTOpenTable DinerRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe enjoyed every bit of our dining experience. It was our daughter's Birthday on Christmas Eve and they made it another level higher. From friendly staff to great food it was top notch, and they treated us to a candle cupcake and champagne with a mocktale for our minor.More infoBrewery BhavanaPrice: Moderate• Brewery• Raleigh•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe Green Valley Grill is just wonderful! We stopped by on our way back to Durham after visiting the Christmas light show at Kersey Valley Farms. I had been wanting to take my husband there after eating lunch with friends on a Greensboro day trip. The food did not disappoint, and the cocktails were some of the best we've ever had. We enjoyed a selection of small plates, and the crab-spinach dip was especially good, with the lovely sharp cheese balancing the slightly sweet crab and fresh spinach. The only hitch is that it was VERY BUSY when we arrived, and we were seated in a remote corner of the bar instead of the main dining room, despite having reservations. No biggie, I've worked in the food industry, so I get it. Our server overlooked us for about 15 minutes, and we got pretty hungry. So, my husband spoke briefly to the GM about getting some food, and then they overwhelmed us with attention and gave us one of the small plates at no charge. This is how you turn customers into loyal patrons. We would drive to Greensboro just to have dinner here -- it's that good!More infoGreen Valley GrillPrice: Expensive• European• Greensboro•4.8

- BBobRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •16 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOutstanding meal. Gnocchi was light and pillowy. The two bruschetta we had were delicious as well. The one with the fig and the other with the shrimp were a nice pairing to allow our palates to alternate between the sweet and fresh. Highly recommend!More infoMothers & SonsPrice: Expensive• Italian• Durham•4.7
