Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

    It was semi empty when we came in, we were sat quickly, our server Alan was amazing, attentive and helpful with menu questions. We ordered Croquetas de atun, star of the show simple yet delicious leaving a lasting impression, followed by the Ceviche Contramar, fresh citrusy seafood an amazing option. We also ordered ensalada de pulpo con patatas, the most buttery soft and succulent octopus I've ever had in my entire life truly delicious and amazingly cooked ! Our entree was the fish with green and red spread the red spread was highly favored over the green but still delicious. For the finale we order the banana dessert and chocolate brownie with nuts and vanilla ice cream ! Truly truly truly one of the most amazing desserts ! The banana dessert was amazing well thought and made dessert ! Overall 9/10 ! Thanks to everyone at Entremar

    Exceptional dining experience at this place. The ambient was energetic and the service was superb. The tequila and mezcal cocktails were amazing. We ordered the 32oz ribeye, and it was so perfectly cooked and the right portion for the four of us. The risotto was so good too. Highly recommend this place.

    I would give this restaurant a Michelin star, the food was amazing, great service, I told them that the dessert was super delicious and the gave me the second portion free of charge. And the view is just fantastic!
