The pork belly Brussels are definitely my favorite and my wife ranks the ahi sashimi with some of the best she’s had. Vibe is always on point as well. Theres plenty of great food around Waikiki but many places in the area are lacking in this department so it definitely sets the hideout apart. We started off with a chicken caesar salad and shrimp avocado salad. The chicken was moist and shrimp were perfectly seasoned. Most of us got the petite filet mignon. It was cooked perfectly, med rare, and was so soft. I had the garlic mash as a side, it had slivered garlic mixed in (super good) and the creamed spinach. A few others had the pesto pasta which they said was really good. My wife had the carbonara. Was rich and delicious with a generous portion. My lasagna was great. Definitely will be back to explore more of the menu. Wish I had left more room to try dessert.
