We had a great experience at the George. We sat outside on the deck overlooking the Cape Fear River. We started with 2 delicious appetizers (crab dip and tuna)- our party of 5 each ordered a different entree and we were all very pleased with our meals. The desserts were great as well. The service was perfect. Our waitress was timely, nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation and served piping hot. Atmosphere was pleasant, candles and tree lit which added to the ambiance. Will definitely be returning!

Our first time to Pinpoint and it won't be our last. Started with a dozen of three kinds of local oysters all of which were wonderful. We enjoyed the Dukes so much that we ordered another dozen of them. We then split the artisanal lettuce salad which was well prepared and which had been split between two plates in the kitchen ahead of time. I had the mahi entree and my wife had the pork loin dish both of which were wonderful and creatively prepared and presented. We enjoyed a bottle of the Foxglove Pinot Noir with our dinner which was perfect with both the mahi and pork. Quinn provided excellent wait service. Highly recommended!
