A typical food love story. A boy meets a girl while eating pizza. He attends culinary school and open’s a pizza restaurant named after the girl. Thus bringing us to Emily! The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). Please note, there will be a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes for guests so we can fairly utilize our limited capacity. Our outdoor dining is enclosed with heaters that will keep you toasty! Thank you :)

I have been to S&W many times and it has never disappointed. Our waiter, Art was the best waiter I have ever had there and I will ask for a seat in the future that he servers because he was just great. We had to wait a little bit longer then usual for our food to come but overall it was great.

I didn’t know what to expect when I made a reservation for myself & five of my friends to celebrate my 60th birthday but I was in for the best time. As soon as you walk in you are struck with the elegance of the bar area. Wait staff were very helpful & the view of the East River & Queens was stunning. We were treated incredibly well by our waitress, Elizabeth. The food was amazing & inventive. I would have liked the bar to have more choices, such as I would have loved a kir royale but that wasn’t available. Even though, we had a fabulous time.

We loved Monterey! It’s a lovely restaurant conveniently located near lots of Midtown attractions. The food and beverage presentations were impressive. We had the prime rib special and everything was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent. For dessert, the Bananas Foster was prepared table side. The presentation and taste were amazing. We can’t wait to return.
