Best Historic Restaurants in Niwot

Food was outstanding! Selection of starters, entrees, and sushi was excellent. Wait staff was helpful and attentive, and ambiance was modern and fun. Lovely classy touches like 4 different sake glasses in our sake flight. Highly recommend if you want high end sushi experience!

What a gem! From the ambience to delicious food to friendly and attentive staff, I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!!

The Wagyu flank steak was amazing. Cooked perfectly to medium rare. The unwedged salad was lovely as well. Disappointing that we could order happy hour appitizers although we noticed the table next to us did. Glad to be out of the bar area though as it was packed as we left.

We enjoyed our meal at Gemini. We liked the tapas better than the entrees and recommend the patatas bravas, bacon wrapped dates, baked goat cheese, and croquettes de chorizo. Drinks were good, too, and our serves was lovely. We would come here again.

Amazing experience! 10/10! Would recommend to anyone who loves fresh, highly curated and incredible food. The cozy cabanas were just perfect and everyone from the servers to the chefs themselves went above and beyond to make our dinner experience perfect. Can't wait to visit again and see what new amazing dishes they come up with next.
