DRY-AGED DUCK BREAST charred caraflex cabbage, black lime vinaigrette, asian pear, duck jus Desert Roasted banana ice cream with roasted bananas over peanut butter mouse. Topped with peanut butter wafer Sweet potato pie with maple bourbon sauce, pears, and something on top-mouse- marshmallow. OUTSTANDING. Bar menu is also creative and fantastic.
