Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The cuisine, much like the design, is intended to set a new course.     Some steak restaurants have good steaks and robots that serve you. Some have bad steaks Charleys was amazing. Everything was delicious The bread, salad, potatoes and steak was exceptional. Tiara, the manager,Steve and Chris were over the top wonderful conversationists and were attentive to make my experience the best Don’t miss this gem of culinary excellence if you are in the Orlando area. PS The key lime pie was the best I ever had

    Good food. Cool atmosphere. Server was spread too thin. Not his fault. We also waited quite a bit, but again the food was good enough to be worth it. Best place we’ve been to at Disney Springs!

    Amazing experience. Food, staff, atmosphere were all outstanding. Staff made you feel important and answered all of our questions, even those not concerning the food. Food, just can’t compare it to anything else, I have never had such a flavorful and cooked to perfection steak as that. Atmosphere was great at 5pm. Quiet and calm. Best meal I have ever had.

    Very cute place with friendly vibe. The food and service were excellent! The gumbo and lobster bisque were superb! Amanda was our server, perfect! We would definitely recommend. Just down the street from the Kia Center. Great pre show find.
