Best Historic Restaurants in Centennial

Was greeted by a very friendly host .. waiter and his staff was right on.. I had chocolate raspberry martini amazing!! Our crab cake was fabulous salads were great always nice to make it as you like it at the table I had the seafood appetizer for dinner was excellent my husband had lamb was also excellent and of course we had to have cherry jubilee’s yummy yummy..

Prime rib and seafood platter was awesome!!! My first experience with Chilean Sea bass was good as well. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The prices were comparable! I will be back!

Dining at Carson’s is a must for me when visiting Las Vegas. Have never had a bite I didn’t enjoy here. This time our party ordered the hot dog ends, pot roast sandwich and jus dip, cauliflower and NY strip. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower dish was extraordinary and packed a wonderful garlicky punch. Sipped on a wonderfully complex fernet and amaro cocktail throughout the evening as well. Rich and delicious food with unique and interesting flavour combinations. Service was attentive, warm and fun.
