Intimate and cozy, the dining room is elegant amid structured arches and cave-like walls that are deecorated with wine casks and silver lanterns. Culinary excellence abounds with only the finest and freshest foods prepared in a lighter version of classical French cuisine and finely crafted cocktails which set a benchmark for all of Southern California! New-American fare | Craft cocktails | Bold flavorsNavy Proof Food & Spirits re-awakens the jovial ritual of the sailors of our past, swapping maritime stories over the rationed spirits they held so dear. “Navy Proof” was a term coined by sailors for the daily rum rations given to them by the British Royal Navy in the 1700s. The historic tale says that the sailors would “prove” the strength of their rum rations by pouring it on gunpowder & igniting it to ensure it had not been watered down.Experience new-American fare and craft cocktails with bold flavors. Each dish emphasizes technique and texture to showcase the versatility of seasonal ingredients and locally-sourced seafood and meat.

We had an amazing experience with Four Bricks. The food was delicious we shared the chicken Parmesan and vodka pasta with a side of mashed potatoes. The potatoes were probably the best I’ve ever had. They were like plush clouds in my mouth just absolutely delicious. The chicken Parmesan was perfect too. I don’t even like chicken like that but I was craving that dish for some reason so we ordered it. And let me tell you it did not disappoint. Overall our experience was very nice the staff is very friendly and it’s such a clean restaurant. Definitely a new favorite and will be coming back soon.
