Best Healthy Restaurants in Southern Highlands

Food was spectacular and the service was great to match. Our server was very attentive and showed strong knowledge of both the drink and food menu. The Carpaccio was amazing to start, then short rib pasta and scallop entrees were both extremely good. Desserts were then the icing on the cake. The Bam… and the butter cake were both so delectable. I’d highly recommend this place!!!

Best Italian food I have in Vegas ! The duck confit pizza was out of this world. The cauliflower starter was full of flavors. The tuna crudo and the roasted beet salad were so delicious

Amazing service, amazing food. Our server Mike explained everything, answered all our questions and made suggestions that pleased our birthday party of four gals. The lobster pasta is to die for! Rib eye cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance.
