Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi.     We were celebrating 3 family birthdays, and we had all driven hours to meet at Hudson’s Bar and Grill. Our server immediately joined in our festivity and literally made our experience extra beautiful and full of fun. The food was delicious, and we plan to meet at Hudson’s many times in the future.     Walking in it's a little hard to find the restaurant but that could be due to the Christmas tree the dining area is tucked in the back corner. Got us seated immediately with our reservation the food was fantastic. Water was always refilled. The service was great the staff checked on us frequently while letting us enjoy our time to talk. Highly recommend this place for a nice dinner or a date.

    We went the day before Christmas Eve and it was the most amazing and memorable experience of a lifetime! We had just found out that my FIL has a very aggressive form of cancer and this was a memory none of us will ever forget. The six of us ordered about 9 HH apps and two entrees and everything was a 10/10! The food was the out of this world, our server was the most attentive we’d ever had, and the ambiance was quiet, exciting, and amazing the entire time. I highly recommend this tapas-style culinary experience of a lifetime!
