Best Healthy Restaurants in Franconia

We have been here many times and haven’t had any problems till this time. Was seated on time. Our server was great. We ordered drinks , appetizers and our dinner all at the same time. Our drinks and appetizers came out in a timely mater. We waited almost 1 hr for our dinner to be served. There were people sitting at the bar who came in after us who got their food and finished before we got ours. Our server kept coming to apologize about the wait. When we asked for a manager she came over and when we told her we been waiting almost a hr she didn’t seem to really care. She basically threw her server under the bus by saying maybe the server forgot to put our order in which wasn’t true. She was just making excuses when we asked why people at the bar had gotten their food first. Her response was well they only get appetizers which wasn’t true. People had dinners also. They did comp one of our appetizers but was expecting more from a manager than what we saw.

We were greeted upon our arrival by the host staff and were seated immediately despite the fact that we were 30 minutes early for our reservation. While a restaurant may not always be able to accommodate this, it was certainly appreciated. Our waitress Mary Kate promptly received us at the table. She was friendly, engaging, and delivered an excellent experience. The sommelier Robert did a wonderful job interacting with our table and helping us enjoy our wine selection. There were serval other staff members involved in serving our food and clearing our table throughout the meal who were also wonderful and attentive. In addition, a manager checked on our table to ensure we were enjoying our meal (which we were thanks to the incredible team at Parc!) The food was delicious! We enjoyed appetizers, entrees, and desserts… all of our orders were prepared perfectly! (There was also a member of our party with significant dietary restrictions, which the staff went above and beyond to accommodate) I was hosting this meal for work colleagues from out of town and they raved about the experience. I ensured them we will be back in the spring when they can open the windows and take in the lovely open air outdoor experience Parc offers during the warmer months of year. They’re already looking at dates for our next meeting!

Both of us wanted to get an early dinner yesterday. I ordered salmon and my wife ordered the short ribs. Both were outstanding. The Brussel Sprouts at the there are always good also. Service was excellent!

Started with Burrata which had the most flavorful salad accompanying it. Followed up with broccoli and cheese omelette with potatoes. Omelette was beautifully done in a French omelette fashion and potatoes crispy and fluffy. Service was impeccable

I went here last night with a group of friends and was very impressed with the experience. Our server Harry, was incredibly personable and had an awesome knowledge of the menu and the culinary world. We will definitely be back!
