Best Healthy Restaurants in Ocean Beach

From the moment we walked in the hostess was amazing. She accommodated our early arrival and was super helpful in getting us seated at the bar, while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our waitress in the bar, Erica, recommended happy hour drinks, and was super kind and welcoming! Our waiter, when our whole party arrived and was seated for dinner, Jacob, was also very kind and patient with our large group. We will certainly be back, as this is a staple restaurant whenever we’re in the San Diego area.

Finally a FRESH SEAFOOD DOWN TO EARTH CLASSY Restaurant that provides the ultimate in freshness in every ingredient tasted this night. My wife and I frequent seafood restaurants all over the Pacific including Maui and other neighboring islands. Only one that came close is Merrimans' not Mama's. The Fishery is the Real Deal and Thanks to the wonderful mind and hard work of the Owner and its' hard workers and especially the Chef who have nailed this hard to please type of cuisine and preparation.... Our Christmas night experience at Island Prime was excellent! When we arrived, it appeared we would have a long wait even with our reservation. Our wait turned out to be only 10 minutes and that was totally acceptable. Our waiter was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our meals were yummy! I had the filet, and my wife had salmon. The included deserts were tasty. They were small, but that was appropriate after a big meal. We will definitely consider going back for another Christmas dinner at Island Prime!!!

This is my go to for business lunches and special events. Food and service at or above expectations. The views are amazing. Selection and quality provides something for all. Custom food requests don’t seem to cause issues. Lunchtime parking is ample and has been free when we go. They may regulate parking sometimes so call if that is a concern. You can’t go wrong with the Cohn family of restaurants, with C-Level being one of their premier locations.
