Best Healthy Restaurants in Louisville

Always an  excellent experience! consistent  Food , service and everybody is just professional just can’t get enough of this place. Our bartender was just awesome too. She made me a great drink off the menu. Best spot in BoCo !

We made a reservation which I would recommend. Beautiful sunset views of the mountains. Three of our party of four had burgers and one had the Reuben. We all liked our sandwiches and portions were large enough that two of us had leftovers. We will return!

What an *excellent* restaurant! Surprisingly fine cuisine at very reasonable prices. The space is relaxed and casual, and the varied menu suggests "comfort food" but the dishes are conceived thoughtfully and prepared carefully, even elegantly. How do they make their "skillet cornbread' so rich & savory? Service was great, very efficient & attentive The cocktails are imaginative and artistic creations, and there's a well-curated list of wines & beers. Happy Hour is truly a bargain. It's hard to understand why there's ever an empty table in the house.

My husband and I went for Valentine’s dinner. They had 3menus to choose from. I chose the 3course valentine menu. The mini beef Wellingtons were outstanding. The Cesar salad was outstanding, the braised short ribs were outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavors melded nicely and it was thoroughly enjoyable. My husband had the prime rib and it too was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly! We have been to Flatz on multiple occasions in the past. It’s one of those hidden gems that you don’t realize is there but when you do, it’s a delight. It was a wonderful relaxing dinner that really dazzled our tastebuds. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great experience. We had a baby so we were a bit nervous about her possibly crying and disrupting the other people at our table. The older couple next to us adored her and were lovely. The chef was good but could have been a bit more interactive, we have had some very fun chefs in the past. The service was great, server kept our drinks full and kept asking if everything was good. We got seated on time with our reservation. The manager even gave us a $10 gift card at the end and we thought that was great. We used it to go towards a bottle of plum wine to go on our way out. Altogether lovey experience! We will be back as always.
