Best Healthy Restaurants in Deerfield Beach

This was our first time at Medi Terra and will definitely go back. It was quite a chilly night so we had opted to sit inside- but there was a table of 20 young women in the center of the restaurant and the noise was deafening! So we went outside - they have propane heaters and provide cozy blankets what was nice. Pretty soon two other parties came outside too - all because of the noise inside. The service was wonderful - great wine list. They had a salmon rillette appetizer as a special that was outstanding. We shared the paella which was good - but not great. Heavy on the rice and the chicken and seafood was overcooked. But will definitely go back and try other items on the menu

What can we do to get more restaurants like this? No seed oils (only grass-fed butter and Italian olive oil), grass-fed beef, pasture raised eggs, etc. We had excellent service and enjoyed the menu selection. Wish we lived closer to go more often!

Overall, very good experience. The food is always consistently good. 

The restaurant was extremely noisy with lots of kids running unsupervised around the tables. We raised 2 children and it's not hard to keep them entertained at the table vs screaming and running around. Part of the issue is that we ate early when families may have stopped before heading home - lesson learned.

The manager, Jill, was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and checking in on guests without being intrusive. Her thoughtful approach made the meal even more enjoyable. Our server, Scott, was the perfect combination of charismatic and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and adding a touch of fun to the experience. And the food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was a masterpiece-flavorful, beautifully presented, and a true testament to the chefs' skill. Overall, Kasumi offers not only top-tier cuisine but also exceptional service, thanks to Betjean, Emma, Jill, and Scott. I can't recommend it enough-whether you're a sushi lover or just looking for a great night out, this place will not disappoint!
