Our dad, Mikey and grandfather, Mel were deli “regulars,” dining at their favorite Cleveland, Ohio places. Mikey and grandfather. They savored juicy pastrami and corned beef, amazingly fresh pickles and intensely huge deserts. Their daily deli lunches were times to conduct business, strike deals and make friends. We often joined our dad and grandfather at the deli table. The plates never cease to amaze me. As many times as we’ve been there and tried different things we have not been disappointed. Lots of GF options and all 4 of us chose something different and we tasted everything. Fish of the day was steelhead trout. Cooked to perfection and very moist. Mushroom risotto and duck breast are also recommended. We had our always go to appetizers of octopus and fried calamari. Believe it or not we tried fried spam. We had it as kids growing up. Spam never tasted so good. Malia, our waitress, was unbelievably attentive, offering suggestions, and had unending patience. She was over the top. Can’t say enough about recommending this restaurant!!

Our overall experience was very good however we did have one entree that wasn't served as expected. It was the scallop and shrimp risotto. The manager did adjust the bill. So thank you for doing that.
