- JJanetChicago / Illinois •1 review4.0Dined todayHoliday brunch was good. Food was buffet style with a nice selection, if a little limited. Good sausage and hash browns but French toast was soggy. Not sure I will do it again but enjoyed the experience sitting by the big tree.More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6

With a focus on bold flavors and a playful approach to globally inspired dishes, this restaurant delivers a truly memorable experience. Highlights: •Bread and Pimento: This dish is deceptively simple but executed to perfection. The warm, freshly baked bread pairs beautifully with the creamy, smoky pimento spread. It’s the kind of starter that sets the tone for an indulgent meal, leaving you reaching for seconds (or thirds). •Empanadas: Bursting with flavor, these are a standout. The flaky, golden crust envelops a perfectly seasoned filling that balances savory richness with a touch of spice. Each bite feels like a small, delicious adventure. Drinks to Complement Your Meal: While The Girl and The Goat boasts a full bar menu offering craft cocktails, wines, and beers to suit any palate, the non-alcoholic options are equally impressive. The menu features thoughtfully crafted mocktails, infused with fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, and house-made syrups. Standouts include a refreshing citrus-and-mint blend and a rich hibiscus and ginger cooler, each perfectly balanced to enhance the meal without overpowering the flavors of the food. Dessert Note: •Chocolate and Peanut Butter Dessert: A decadent and satisfying way to end your meal. The harmony of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate creates a nostalgic yet elevated experience. The textures—silky, crunchy, and smooth—make this dessert unforgettable. The Girl and The Goat’s ability to innovate while staying approachable is what makes it a perennial favorite. From small plates to desserts, and a drink menu that caters to every guest, every dish tells a story worth savoring.More infoGirl & the GoatPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• West Loop•4.8

- KKunoVIPChicago / Illinois •225 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI have a bad review of one their locations in Orland Park, on our dining experience last week 12-7-24. We decided to have dinner last night at their Oak Lawn location and no fail, this is how Copper’s Hawk is supposed to be run. Our reservation was at 7:15pm and we got there at 7:10pm. When we checked in the hostess stated our table will be ready soon. We were seated exactly at 7:15. The food, wine and the service is how this restaurant is known for. Our server (Romeo) was very friendly, accommodating with our request and often checked on us if we need anything. Keep up the great work Copper’s Hawk Oak Lawn and will be continuing to dine at this location whenever we are in the area.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Oak Lawn, ILPrice: Moderate• American• Oak Lawn•4.5
- BBonnieChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoPleasantly surprised! Celebrated our 52nd anniversary. Received a card, champagne toast, a rose, and a sign on the table! Shared a bottle of wine, I had the filet and my husband had the filet with the slipper tail lobster. Lobster was a little overcooked, but that happens. What really made our night, was our server Andrea. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, and extremely attentive. We will be back!More infoSeasons 52 - Orland ParkPrice: Expensive• American• Orland Park•4.7
