Best Fun Restaurants in Scranton

This was my second experience at The Refinery, and I loved it even more than the first. I highly recommend the Tuna Crudo app and the Long Stem Artichokes. My mother had the Trofie pasta with vodka sauce and seafood. It has a spicy kick, FYI. I enjoyed the Swordfish with mussels and shrimp. The portions were substantial and beautifully presented. Here's the kicker: THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Next-level servers and they work together to make your evening smooth and seamless. Next time I'm saving room for an espresso martini and some dessert.

Love Sambuca, my favorite restaurant in Scranton!! Food is amazing, atmosphere is like being in a little restaurant in Little Italy!! It’s the best!!

The entrees were very good, the appetizer not so much. Our server was very friendly, but it took forever to get our drinks from the bar initially, and refills were slow as well. Our server said the bar was busy, but we were sitting very close to the bar and noticed the bartender chatting with customers when she could have been filling drink orders. Overall not a bad experience, but the bar service could be improved.

My family had a very small surprise party for my dad’s 65th birthday here. Angelo’s has incredible staff, stunning food, and fabulous customer service. We had a great meal in a lovely restaurant, and they were willing to accommodate us at every turn. Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience!

Wait time was minimal. Staffing was a bit light, causing longer than usual wait time to be served our drinks and dinner. Food was good.
