The building is a fine example of Early American Dutch rubble architecture featuring wide planked random width board floors, a fire place in each of the main rooms and many small multi-level rooms.The Hoffman House is located at the corner of the historic Stockade district in Kingston NY, and once served as fortification and a lookout.     Consistency and quality every time! Outstanding food and service. Taco Tuesday is a superb night to experience their delicious cuisine. Santa Fe is my choice in Uptown Kingston for dining regularly. I've also eaten at the Rt. 28 location near Glenford. You just can't go wrong at either locale! Tatiana did an A+ job as did the entire staff at our last visit. Looking forward to next time already!

    The view is outstanding and the best of the Hudson Valley. Enjoy the river and wide open space under the shelter with heaters and fireplaces to keep it cozy. The Shakshuka eggs were over cooked but the tomato sauce was tasty and on point. Eggs Benedict was the winner at our table with the wood fired pizza coming in second place.
