Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens. Our restaurant is a casual vibe that is perfect for dinner with friends and family, date nights, or to enjoy cheering on our Boston teams on one of our 11 TVs.     We booked our reservation to catch the very ornate Christmas decorations the restaurant sets up. The menu is classic Italian with a nice variety of drinks, wines, appetizers and entrées. We had the crab cakes Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Parmesan. The food was well prepared and delicious! The pastas are made fresh on site, which makes a wonderful difference. We closed out our meal with Creme Brulé and cappuccinos. A wonderful meal in a beautiful location

    Server was attentive and frequently checked in our our group (of 7). Vibe of the place was very laid back when we sat down around 4, and noise level was low enough to carry on conversations without having to ask someone to repeat themselves Food was great - pizza was exceptional, I recommend the truffalo chicken
