Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. Great server, good cocktails. Our table had fish, salad and beef, all were prepared to order. The Cesar salad was a little heavy on the dressing for my liking, good flavor, just too much. As it filled up it got quite noisy. I would go back.

Amazing experience! Excellent service. The waitstaff are all so kind and helpful. They gave us a notice that they were very busy, which was nice to give us a heads up. We thought food and drinks came out at a reasonable pace. It was windy for lunch service so we went under their private event area. Management and multiple team members checked in on us. We had a great time! The Wild Mushroom Farmbread and the Burger was a table favorite. My partner loved their Kula Tai, I had a Flight 4051 with their FY gin and it was so delicious. Will be returning!

Amazing meal, worth a Michelin star or more. The chef is a master who creates unique yet amazing courses that challenge your previous perceptions of food combinations. The time and care that he and his wife put into serving this experience is phenomenal. We have eaten in many top Michelin restaurants and this is as good if not better than all. Highly recommend making the drive to Pa’ia to experience this delicious celebration of food, both local and international- all of the highest quality.
