My son and I dined at Carson’s on Sunday for lunch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making us feel valued and welcome throughout the visit. The menu is impressively extensive. We started with the deep fried cinnamon biscuits, and they were so amazing that we packed 2 of them to bring home on our flight toChicago. I also ordered the watermelon jalapeño margarita mocktail, which tasted very fresh ( not too spicy…). We split a Caesar salad with shaved chicken, and the sweet chicken and waffles. The portions were plentiful, and both tasted delicious. From fresh, flavorful appetizers to the perfectly prepared main courses, each plate was a masterpiece of perfection. If you’re looking for a good restaurant with great food and service, choose Carson’s!

We had the best first time experience here! From right when we walked in, we felt so welcomed. 5 star Claire, our waitress, was the sweetest! She was always checking on us and and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. A true 5-star experience all around!
