We have 10 minutes tolerance for reservation times, after that it is a no show. Overall 4 stars. Most of my dishes were really good, unfortunately on of my raw dishes wasn’t good. Management didn’t charge it but never came up to my table to apologize. Service was good.

We had a lovely New Year’s Day omakase experience at Kill Bill Hi-Fi Sushi. What a truly special little restaurant! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with jazzy grooves playing on their Macintosh sound system, perfectly complementing the exceptional bites of food. The opening dish of sea bass on black seaweed was unforgettable, their house specialty tsukune robata grill was divine, and the toro with shiso was outstanding. Each dish arrived on stunning ceramic plates, enhancing the experience. Ambiance, service, and food were all exceptional. Highly recommend!
