Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food.     This was my second time at Handshake. Just as great as the first time! Came with a party of four and though we had to wait 5-10 minutes despite having a reservation (it was totally packed with people waiting outside who didn't have reservations), it was well worth the wait! All of the drinks were outstanding and truly so unique. The rest of my party, who all experienced Handshake for the first time on this outing, said it was unlike any bar they've ever been to! Awesome experience from start to finish and I will recommend Handshake to anyone visiting CDMX.

    Four course meal with drinks on the terrace 400 feet above CDMX… a Christmas Eve we will never forget. One thing… they don’t let in kids after 6:00pm. They made an exception for our 15 year old son (who could pass for 18). Highly recommended CDMX experience.
