- CChristineVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •62 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoWe loved the fun vibe and the beautiful view of the Bay Bridge, but we were a little disappointed in the food this time. The oysters were fabulous, but the squid appetizer that our Waiter recommended was only so so. It tasted too fishy/anchovy strong. My daughter ordered the miso cod, and although she liked it, she said it wasn’t what she expected (needed broth). I ordered the scallop appetizer which was good, but nothing special. My husband ordered the duck and he was happy with his selection. We’ve enjoyed some fabulous dinners at Waterbar, but we probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.More infoWaterbarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6
- JJorgeVIPMiami - Dade •19 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food was delicious, all the ceviches we ordered and the chaufa were outstanding. Service was impecable and super attentive and the ambience lively and relaxed at the same time. Kudos to this place and the great server from Mexico City and the kitchen staff that were very conscious of my kids allergies. Highly recommend this restaurant.More infoLa Mar Cocina Peruana San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Peruvian• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7
- NNolaSan Francisco Bay Area •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe are San Franciscan’s and love going to an old school classic like Scomas! It was my husband birthday and we always have fish and chips on the coast! So had them for the first time at Scomas!! Delicious!! Not something we would normally order with all the other great offerings! Our server Sunny was outstanding!! As well as all the back up staff working on New Year’s day!! We had a great dining experience! Thank you.More infoScoma's Fisherman's WharfPrice: Expensive• Seafood• North Beach•4.7
- AAudreyVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024All the staffs are very courteous, nice, friendly and notice details quickly. From the starter, Oysters were fresh, and with the seaweed vinaigrette, it elevated the oyster a lot. With the frog leg, the meat is so tender and juicy. Sauce on the side offers a nice acidity touch for fried dish. I loved the fact that they took inspiration from Nashville Hot Chicken and curated to their own version, everything on the plate were seasoned perfectly even with the pickle they served on the side. Grilled half sea bream was wonderful, I can taste the charbroiled flavor. Fish was very crispy, meaty, juicy and buttery. With the Meyer lemon herb salad, it definitely made the dish more refreshing. Overall, I really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you for everything and for sure I will come back soon.More infoAngler San FranciscoPrice: Very Expensive• American• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7
- PPeter and DeborahSan Francisco Bay Area •46 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Wow! We greatly enjoyed our Christmas Eve meal. We had a late seating and is typical during the Holidays. reservations were running a little late. No problem, our host walked us to the bar and saw that we were comfortably seated and introduced us to our bartender Jim -- who was great! Our dinner was excellent, all of our courses arrived in a timely manner and were well prepared. All the staff were both friendly and professional and added to our dining experience. The dining is beautiful any time of year, but especially for the Christmas Holiday.More infoThe Waterfront Restaurant and CafePrice: Expensive• Californian• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6
