    Service started a little slow, but our server had many tables and it's a Saturday night in DC. Fine after he turned some tables. Food was excellent and came out at a nice pace. Look forward to coming back!

    Amazing as always. So nice to be able to go into a restaurant with someone who can’t handle gluten and NOT worry about them being able to order something tasty. Perfection - will always consider this for amazing dinners.

    What an absolutely amazing experience! I was ecstatic from the moment my reservation was made up to the actual date night. Everything was superb to include: the hostess welcome upon arrival, the beautiful candle lit ambiance, the waiter who was very polite and well versed in the products. He provided amazing food and beverage recommendations which were selected and appreciated. The presentation of the appetizer and entrees was awesome. My bae and I raved over everything while taking in the experience. As we completed dinner and prepared to leave; out came dessert, which was the highlight of the occasion. Upon making the reservation, it asked about a special occasion. All to say, it was Bae and I's 1st anniversary, OMG! The decadent dessert (cheesecake and raspberries) was embedded with gold candles, and a chocolate "Happy Anniversary" topper. As if that were not enough to create smiles and memories, Mr. Charles Levine, owner, visited our table and thanked us for dining at Citron. He cared to ask about our experience and even gifted us Citron memorabilia. You won't believe what happened next; we were adorned with some of the most delicious fine chocolates. Oh what a night!!! This by far was the best of the best. Bae and I plan to visit again in the summer to experience the outdoor dining and lake side view.     The food is unmatched! Amazing salad bar, and endless offerings of perfectly cooked steaks. Do not miss the fried cheese with honey, or the Brazilian cheese bread! This is a busy location, so be sure to ask for what you want - servers are spread a bit thin and tend to focus on newly filled tables rather than returning to tables already served.

    Cipriana is a restaurant that never disappoints. We have dined there at least 5 times in the last year. It is also a great place for a special occasion, such as a birthday. The sesame encrusted feta cheese and the cheese puffs are our favorite appetizers. This last visit we tried the flatbreads - I had the crab which was sooooo good and had ample amounts of lump crab. My husband had the lamb and beef flatbread which was also very good. And, their pistachio baklava is a must for anyone wanting a sweet desert!! Highly recommend Cipriana for wonderful food and service.
