- JMJudyMLos Angeles •20 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoThe restaurant lends itself to outdoor seating with views of the ocean and outdoor pools. We did the Saturday brunch and had an omelette, the beef brisket, the salmon and the chicken. e3verything tased well. The service was good. They impose a 22% service charge. We will try it again.More infoOcean SocialPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Mid-Beach•4.3
- AAlexVIPNew York City •22 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAbsolutely loved Makoto. It was our first time since they moved their location up to Level 3 of the Bal Harbour Shops. Super lovely, energetic, and the interior was gorgeous. We started off with the crispy brussels sprouts, which were so delicious that we put in another order. The truffle salmon was one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten — it melted in my mouth and they did not skimp on the truffle. The dynamite hand rolls were out of this world, warm and flavorful. The spicy tuna crispy rice had the perfect crunch. Side note: if you like sweet cocktails, get the usagi — the passionfruit notes shined through in this dessert of a drink. The chilled house sake we got was also divine. The rolls were fresh — we ordered the caterpillar roll, the spicy yellowtail roll, rainbow roll, and snow crab maki. My favorites were the snow crab maki and the rainbow roll. We ordered miso seabass and wagyu fried rice for the mains — the miso seabass melted in my mouth, and I loved the mix of citrus and sweet flavors that came through in this dish. When we got to the wagyu fried rice, I was already stuffed, but it was delicious with the egg mixed in. We finished the meal off with the toban yaki, one of the most unique desserts I’ve ever had. It was a cross between a crumble and a sorbet dessert — the flavors were incredible. The service was amazing and we loved our server Helena. 10/10 experience at Makoto and can’t wait to come back!More infoMakoto - Bal HarbourPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Bal Harbour•4.8
- WWorthVIPNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoFood was amazing. Our server was very nice but we did not receive the same amount of attention as other tables of similar size sitting next to us. He forgot our drinks several times. In his defence it was busy but a 6 top table just next to us had a different experience then we had.More infoNobu MiamiPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• South Beach•4.6
- OTOpenTable DinerFort Lauderdale •4 reviews4.0Dined on May 19, 2024I really loved the ambiance there. I was extremely disappointed that they would not serve us from the breakfast meal as we came there for that. On a Sunday, the breakfast should be to at least noon! Also, at times we were waiting for the someone to wait on us. And to refill our water. Too much waiting. The food did taste good!More infoThe Restaurant at Grand Beach SurfsidePrice: Moderate• French American• Surfside•4.2
- DDunstonopinesLos Angeles •4 reviews5.0Dined on Mar 14, 2024Most of the staff is just lovely, the champagne opening at 6 PM is fun although we wish she had used a microphone so we could've heard every word. Bar is comfortable, not many vegan options sadly, we had to get the sushi roll every time we were there if we were hungry. Bartender Sergei is knowledgeable and knows how to make a good cocktail and modify .More infoSt. Regis BarPrice: Expensive• Asian• Bal Harbour•4.5
