- AAngelaWashington, D.C. Area •42 reviews5.0Dined todayAmazing. Really unique twists in familiar ingredients. Our favorites we the squash, hand-rolled noodles, crab Rangoon and the wagyu beef rolls. Amazing. We were too full for dessert after sharing 6 dishes. The service is impeccable. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Water glass constantly filled. The decor is beautiful. Each chef has a shelf to display their favorite things. And every employee is listed on the back of the menu which shows how much care goes into the staffing.More infoMoon Rabbit by Kevin TienPrice: Very Expensive• Vietnamese• Washington•4.8
- LLindsayVIPPhiladelphia County •10 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a table for 8 in a little niche and suspect that the tables in the open would have been much louder as it’s a bit packed. 90% of the food was delicious! Guacamole was stunning; diced tomatillos added texture and flavor without any heat in the mild version. Two of us that usually pass on guac were blown away. we had the brunch menu, and huevos rancheros had a salty queso fresco in cubes, which I had never seen like that. Huaraches with steak were fabulous, my daughter loved her lengua taco, which are hard to find on a menu. The caldo tlalpeño was only ok for me; I wanted it to be limey and mild like i remember from Taxco but it was more Mexico City style with chiles. The only disappointment was the churros; none of us loved them. Not enough cinnamon and a texture that was meh. There were some more exotic desserts like a multi layer chocolate pastel with flan and a fruited tres leches that maybe we should have tried.More infoOyamelPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Penn Quarter•4.7
- CCherieVIPPhoenix / Arizona •19 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoImpeccable! Cannot wait to go again to try some more of the menu. We had baba ghannouge, fries with labneh, smoked beet salad, mujadara, imam bayildi, garides me anitho, lamb baharat and lamb kelftiko. Every single dish had a perfectly- balanced complexity of flavors that made want to sing. The food has inspired me to attempt some of these dishes at home.More infoZaytinya - DCPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Penn Quarter•4.7
- RRichardWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOne Michelin Star (and all that implies) with two prix fixe selections and alacarte menu. (1) Self select 4 items from 4 groups, $90) or (most) Chefs Selection 7 items plus desert ($150). We did Chefs Selection, excellent flavors and great value. The last dish was an aged duck breast dish with all typical Indian sides (Naan, rice, curry dipping sauces). The cocktail menu and wine list were amazing.
