Best Vegan Restaurants in Hither Green

We usually go to our local pub in Kidbrooke for our Christmas meal, but having been to The Hare and Billet on several occasions for an excellent Sunday roast, we thought we would give it a go this year and we were not disappointed. We pre-ordered our food from their set menu along with a couple of glasses of champagne. We felt welcome upon arrival and the table was ready. The champagne came out very promptly followed by starters which were delicious. The mains and desserts were also served promptly and tasted great. The chips we had ordered were a bit odd but didn’t detract from the overall experience. I really appreciate the service, which is always confident and direct, the guys know how to do their jobs properly and are up for a chat. Would recommend and will return.

We were group of 5, and had booked this place for dinner post electric shuffle and food was really outstanding. Such great flavours, the flavours in their tabbouli was just hands down best I had eaten ever ( despite it wasn’t authentic base of tabbouli using wheat but was made using brown rice & quinoa) and hummus was so nice and creamy. We had ordered almost everything that was vegetarian on menu- Za’atar flatbtead, hummus, fatteh pita chips, baked halloumi, sesame coated falafel, truffle patatas, tabbouleh grain chilli salad, flame baked cauliflower. Staff was really cordial, courteous & patient. I really wish & hope they open one more branch somewhere in central London or around liverpool street. I absolutely loved it & would highly recommend if you are out & about in canary wharf & want to eat mediterranean (lebanese) food.

Good experience, spicy food, bit of a shame you can't personalise spice levels. Good level of service and nice atmosphere.

I Love Ivy Blackheath.. Always my favourite for food,friendly service and ambience. Always have a wonderful meal too.

Very dog friendly with a great menu . We had brunch and it was very tasty and offered more than the traditional fry up. Staff hospitable.
