The food was delicious and I would recommend the Malayan Chicken it was just Devine! The cocktails were very well made too.More infoAlbert's DidsburyPrice: Expensive• British• Didsbury•4.5
- BBkrab1Surrey •8 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThe refuge is a lovely place to visit- we had the small plates which were ok but not nearly as good as the last time we came. The prawns were mushy and tasteless, the salad nicoise had undercooked potatoes and the chicken was a bit bland and not crispy enough - to be honest, the best thing was the sourdough bread! Such a shame as it was a treat visiting family for a treat.More infoRefuge MCRPrice: Moderate• Global, International• Manchester•4.2

- NNickEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 12, 2024Aamchi Mumbai is my go-to Indian restaurant, and the place where I take friends and family because I know they will enjoy it as much as I do. What I like is a) there's a very good range of vegetarian meals b) you aren't overwhelmed by a huge selection - they do a limited number of dishes, but do them well c) you aren't going to be put off by a good sounding dish that shows 4 chilli peppers and might be too hot - they concentrate on flavour rather than trying to impress with heat d) the owners are Indian and are passionate about what they do. I've never had a bad, or even slightly off meal at this place. The food has always been to a high standard and the service excellent.More infoAamchi MumbaiPrice: Moderate• Indian• Cheadle•4.5
