Best Vegan Restaurants in Bridgetown

I have never been disappointed in Open Kitchen in all the years I’ve been going. The staff are friendly and efficient and I love the fact the the wine is at cost from the Wine Cave next to it.

We have been numerous times to Nishi and always had an amazing meal , it was our friends first time and they thoroughly enjoyed the Bento box saying best they d ever had . The catch of the day with the breadfruit gnocchi was delicious. Troy was very friendly and helpful , great cocktails too !! A must if visiting Barbados

Great experience! Nice music playing, good service, innovative menu, tasty dishes. We had the breadfruit nachos and two different fresh fish offerings. Everything was so delicious and made our first night in Barbados one to remember.

We enjoyed our meal. However, the flavors could be more pronounced. The seafood chowder had little seafood flavor, as did the Baja fish starter

Talk about ambience. The view from the Palm Terrace restaurant is like none other, setting the stage for a delightful meal. Entertainment was perfect with the tantalizing steel pan rhythms. I gotta mention the lychee martini which is my go to drink. It was perfectly mixed and unlike some I’ve had was perfectly sweet with the right amount of liquor. The buffet was all that was promised on the excellently curated Independence menu. Golden Apple and ginger juice on point, fish cakes to die for, pudding and pickled SeaCat! I had to get seconds, light dumplings. Chef Fabian outdid himself today. My guests loved the food fare. Service matched the meal too. Alison and Renee took care of my group and went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed. The manager was attentive to the guests and checked in often. This added an extra touch to the experience. This was my first Palm Terrace experience and I assure you that it won’t be my last.
