Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Goose Island

The cocktails were excellent-and the mock tails were pleasantly refreshing. We had the bone marrow and steak tartare appetizers and both had phenomenal flavor. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and while they did not need the sauces, they definitely added to the flavor. We had the mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and macaroni and cheese and all was excellent. Highly recommend the spinach if you want a lighter side, but the macaroni and cheese was also really really good. We also had the sticky toffee sundae and what a decadent treat!! Service was perfection, ambiance could not be more perfect and we can’t wait to come back again.

This was a great first experience. Our server Michelle was fabulous. Funny, helpful and engaging. The manager Asuka came by to say hello too and was a pleasure to speak with. I'd go back my next visit to Chicago for sure!

Good food and nice vibe. They used to have a baked potato on the menu that was SO good. Really sad it’s not on there anymore. Bring it back! Definitely recommend Jake’s.

We had our team holiday lunch here. Service was fast and friendly, despite there being 13 of us. Food was delicious and the space we were seated was lovely!
