Very interesting flavors and dishes. The Chef and his team seem very talented and passionate. I really enjoyed the Culinary journey they took us. Every single bite we took was full of flavors and umami. A mix of cultures and cuisines that worked beautifully for each course and made you crave more. You have a beautiful location, a true jewel for the city. Thank you so much for creating something different from the usual. We were very impressed.

Rosa Mexicano is a true gem in Las Vegas, offering an authentic taste of Mexico that exceeds expectations. From the moment we arrived, the vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The pink chips and salsa were a delightful start, with the fresh, flavorful salsa perfectly complementing the warm, crispy tortilla chips. For our main course, we indulged in the Parrillada for two, which featured a mouthwatering selection of grilled meats, including steak, chicken, and chorizo, all bursting with flavor. The beautifully presented platter was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. A highlight of our visit was speaking with Chef Fernando Guerrero, whose passion for Mexican cuisine shone through as he shared his culinary journey. His dedication to using quality ingredients and traditional recipes is evident in every dish. Without a doubt, this was the best Mexican meal we've had in Vegas, and we can't wait to return. Good was beyond excellent. We both had the Cajun ribeyes with three large shrimp and tin crab and the sauce was so good.

We had the pancake wrapped BBQ pork and it was amazing. Something we have never had anywhere else.

Went for the first time and it was incredible! Service was amazing, food was not only great but came out quickly and some items were interactive and so fun. We can't wait to go back
