Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Wheat Ridge

Brought my wife here for our anniversary, and I can say this was the best choice I made for when it came to having dinner. The food was delicious! and the waiter Georgia did an amazing job helping us with everything we needed, and recommended the plates we got. Which I now highly recommend getting the Ravioli Di Salsiccia. Food was amazing, service was amazing and so was the environment. My wife and I look forward to coming back!

Best restaurant in Denver. We tried multiple places over our weekend trip and nothing compared to this restaurant. Food was exceptional. The tri-tip was amazing. Staff went above and beyond, and was extremely helpful and nice. If I ever go back to Denver. This will be the only restaurant I eat at. 

Food was yummy & had lots of vegan options. Everything was well seasoned & the menu was thoughtful. Staff was great, our server Connor was so lovely and came around the perfect amount of times. It was very loud, which made conversation a bit difficult. I also loved the funky bathrooms! We ordered several dishes & drinks & everything was fresh, tasted great, and presented well. Overall very good experience, just packed and loud :)

From the moment we stepped in, we knew we were in for an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our server, Casandra, provided some of the best service we’ve ever received—attentive, thoughtful, and truly invested in ensuring we were satisfied with both our meal and overall experience. The food was exquisite, and the presentation was on point. Sangria tasted great. Even as we were leaving, the gratitude from the entire team, including the kitchen staff, was evident. More restaurants should take note of the outstanding hospitality at El Five. We’ll definitely be back!

Spectacular service and inspired, delicious food Four of us dined at Tavernetta and shared everything, Everything was delectable, and here are a few of our favorites. The ravioli - melted in your mouth Pasta al forno - was gnocchi baked with several different cheese, a treat that was both light and had substance Bronzino - beautifully presented and cooked perfectly The service was sooo good - wait staff described dishes with complete food and preparation knowedge, and steered us to the right number of dishes to order. All the servers were gracious, personable, and always available without hovering. We will definitely be back.
