Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Wake Forest

Lilly was a great server. Food came out at a good pace. Price of food was exactly what is expected for quality of the restaurant. We were seated in the center of the dining room at a table for two didn’t feel crowded at all especially for valentines day.

We drove an hour to enjoy our Valentines dinner here and had a fantastic time. The setting was quiet and upscale. The food was amazing and everyone who helped us was friendly and professional. Our main server, Matthew, did his job to perfection. He was friendly, helpful and patient. I saw him watching us as he made his way around the room helping other diners, then approached us when he sensed we needed something, were ready to make our next order, or prepare the food we had not finished to take home. Third visit made us want to return more frequently. Thanks to Rem, Matthew and the whole tan for making this a memorable experience!

We had a wonderful time at dinner the night before Valentines Day. Our waiter took care of us and the food was impeccable as always. We enjoy the understated atmosphere and it all together made for a great meal.

Wow, one of my best experiences in the triangle in a long time, possibly ever! Service from Shannon was perfect, each dish was to die for and the beverages were thoughtful! My only complaint was that the music started out really good then they switched it half was through the night to a very bland and repetitive playlist. Picky I know but this was a 99% perfect experience. I will definitely be recommending everyone try out Amalias!

Chef Greene has designed an intriguing experience that brings unique flavors and presentations to the entire meal. The service is excellent with the team knowledge of the dishes and the flow of the evening. Heron’s space exudes class and refinement.
