The meal was outstanding, dare I say the Toronto Milos may be even better than Montréal? It certainly is a more beautiful design. Quieter as well with a beautiful bar area and larger and more inviting "Market". 12p The service was outstanding, Ali is a true pro, we basically left it to him to put together our dinner and he did an amazing job. The service in Montréal is excellent as well, but the personal touch that Ali gave to us made our experience that much better. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing a variety of flavors, colors, and textures. Surprisingly, the dishes incorporated a lot of Asian flavors paired with French techniques. Most of the dishes were excellent and unique, though there were a couple of misses. The service was good, with attentive staff. The ambiance was decent and comfortable, not suffocating or uncomfortable at all. It was quiet in the restaurant when I got there and half way through the place was packed. The pork secreto was perfect along with the shishitos. Finished the night with the basque cake which is a must. I have been following this restaurant on Instagram since 2013, it’s my first time to Toronto so I had to stop.
