Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community.     Cal and Ryan provided exceptional service during our visit to Nami. Cal’s recommendations were spot-on, introducing us to a variety of delicious dishes that went above and beyond our expectations. The restaurant’s tapas-style concept is perfect for sharing, and we loved trying everything family-style. Honestly, we’re still debating which dish or dessert was our favorite—they were all outstanding! A big shoutout to the chef for crafting such an incredible menu. The service was flawless, with the entire staff working seamlessly as a team. Their attention to detail and coordination created one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Nami is a must-visit, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
