- AAnneSeattle / Eastern Washington •4 reviews5.0Dined todaySuch a lovely night and dining experience all the way around. Food and drinks were absolutely exceptional. Service - wonderful: attentive but not intrusive. Ambiance…lovely, but just a bit chilly by the front door. Looking forward to returning soon.More infoSpinassePrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.8

The room with a view is spectacular and the room in the lounge is cozy. This is a go-to place for special occasions. - EEmmaDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThis place is incredible - everyone must go! Every single member of the staff who I passed upon entry welcomed me in warmly. I was a little early for my reservation and enjoyed a drink at the bar with the super kind and knowledgeable bartender. Someone came and got me when it was time for the omakase experience, moved me to my place setting at the quaint counter seamlessly, carrying my beverage for me. I inquired about tip as I did not want the bartender to miss out and was informed they operate with a tip pool. I was solo and was seated next to another solo diner and we had wonderful conversation and got to enjoy the experience together. The chefs were so kind and talented, each bite was incredible and made with such high quality ingredients. As a former fine dining server and restaurant manager I was in love and blown away by the service. I could tell everyone who took care of me was happy to be there, and that means a lot when you shell out for this kind of thing. It felt warm and luxurious the entire time. My plate and place setting were crumbed/wiped down as necessary, every item was described in detail, I could go on and on. I am SO happy I found this place and had this experience. - DDustinLos Angeles •7 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024I recently dined at Stateside in Seattle, and it was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! The ambiance, the food, and the impeccable service all combined to make this one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. A special shoutout to Jessie, the bartender, who went above and beyond to make my evening unforgettable. Jessie crafted an incredible Piña Colada—perfectly balanced, refreshing, and utterly delightful. On top of that, Jessie’s food recommendations were spot on, showcasing both knowledge and passion for the menu. Everything I tried was an absolute masterpiece. The duck rolls were perfectly crispy with an explosion of savory flavor in every bite. The ahi crudo was light, fresh, and beautifully presented—a true testament to the restaurant’s attention to detail. The creamy crunchy prawns delivered on both texture and flavor, a must-try for anyone visiting. And don’t even get me started on the duck egg custard—a truly unique dessert that ended the meal on a perfect note. Overall, Stateside has raised the bar for what a dining experience should be. The food is exceptional, and the staff, especially Jessie, make you feel completely taken care of. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of this incredible menu. Thank you, Stateside!More infoStateside - SeattlePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.8
