As an example of the attention to detail, the waiter even replaced my wife’s white napkin with a black napkin (we didn’t ask for this) so that she would not get white lint on her dark pants!More info22 Bowens Wine Bar and GrillePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Newport•4.8
- BBrianGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe arrived late but it was not a concern for the Mooring staff. One suggestion, on the reservation add a telephone number that you can call to tell them you are running late. The number given does not connect to a real person, and is only informative. Food was great as usual. Please do not sell out to Nicholas S.More infoThe Mooring RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Newport•4.7
- JJuliaGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoBeautiful and outstanding decor for the holidays. Our group was sat promptly at a table that fit all of us well, our server was friendly and welcoming. Details such as menu quality and crisp linens were not overlooked and small lamp at table added to ambiance. We all enjoyed our appetizers and meals. Desserts were delicious. Beverage service was on slower side. Staff was visibly working together as a team.More infoBOCCAPrice: Moderate• Italian• Fairhaven•4.8

- TTonyGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined on Sep 7, 2024We ate an anniversary dinner at the Inn, a wonderful four-course meal of oysters, lobster, braised short ribs, and sea bass. Everything was delicious, and we're excited to return. Below is a fuller review of the Inn itself: We had a wonderful time at Lambert's Cove Inn. We stayed one night for our anniversary. Upon arriving to the island, we received two messages from the staff via text. This was wonderful as it allowed us to request early check-in. When we got to the Inn, we were greeted by Galen and Anna. They informed us that we could check in early and gave us a tour of the Inn. The grounds are spectacular. We were very happy to have arrived early as it provided time to take a leisurely walk to the pond, through lush flowers and plans, and near the alpacas. The room was cozy and had a private balcony, which was lovely. The staff had left us a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. This little detail was amazing.More infoWoods at Lambert’s Cove InnPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Martha's Vineyard•4.6
