Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant. Our waiter John was great, good suggestions, great food. The Cowboy chop steak had great spice (not too spicy but good flavor), onion curls were fantastic. All of our steaks were cooked to the exact level requested. Napoleon dessert was delicious. Would go back and would recommend.
